Your training plan can be accessed online from any device connected to the internet (PC, tablet or smart phone). By uploading training data from the latest training instruments (might not work on all mobile devices), this becomes even quicker and more comfortable and enables to monitor your workouts objectively. 2PEAK analyses and interprets your data automatically deducting the load as well as its components in order to adjust your future workouts should you have the need.
