Running

Training zones describe an intensity range (heart rate, power, or pace) and are used to control your training load. The zones are individual and constantly changing depending on your fitness level. At 2PEAK, we use the 5-zone model for intensity control.

There are different ways to determine the zones:

1) You can have the training zones automatically determined by 2PEAK (this feature can be activated here).

2) You know your zones and enter them manually.

3) You use the result of a performance test to calculate the zones: MAS test
