2PEAK Experts

Here, you can benefit from the in-depth expertise of our 2PEAK coaches. This option is only available with the UNLIMITED subscription. It entitles you to one written question per month to a professional coach to clarify individual aspects of your training and receive targeted support for your athletic goals.

Each question should be limited to one topic. If the expert has to address multiple topics or if the response requires a disproportionate amount of time, multiple tickets may be counted.

By submitting a request via this tool, you acknowledge that the response does not come from someone who has examined you or discussed your health with you. You therefore accept that the advice provided here on prevention, nutrition, training, or supplements is not a substitute for medical or professional advice.

Questions about how 2PEAK works and using the system:
Our goal is to make 2PEAK so easy to use that you won’t even need to ask questions. You’ll also find detailed instructions in the “Support” section at the bottom of the page – start there to get familiar with the platform.

If you prefer a personalized answer – for example, if you want to know why your intervals don’t appear in the analysis, how training zones are defined, or how to set up your calendar – you can ask your question to a system expert. If it turns out to be a bug or technical issue, the credit used will of course be refunded.
